Anne Dudro brings almost two decades of federal policy experience to the Commonwealth team. Anne’s career has been focused on expanding and advancing strong policies and innovative solutions to complex problems. Prior to joining Commonwealth, Anne was a Senior Associate at HCM Strategists, where she oversaw multiple client portfolios, acting as main point of contact for the philanthropic branches of Fortune 500 companies and multi-million dollar portfolios focused on educational and health care issues in the United States.
Anne served as Chief of Staff for the Office of Elementary and Secondary Education, at the U.S. Department of Education, from 2006-2008. Before joining the Department, Anne served in two staff positions at the White House from February 2002 to February 2005. Working directly for the Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy, Anne assisted in the coordination and management of four policy councils, and the presidential policy development process. Previously, Anne served in the Office of Speechwriting, where she worked with senior communications and policy advisors to ensure accurate reflection of Administration policies. Anne started her career at the political consulting firm American Continental Group.

One of the founders of Commonwealth Consulting Partners, Jamie brings years of experience in state government, and commitment to furthering projects that will benefit communities.
Prior to joining with her partners to form CCP, Jamie worked in private government relations specializing in non-profit and local government advocacy, grant identification and writing, and state government outreach.
Her work previous to that experience was with the Pennsylvania State Senate, most recently serving as District Chief of Staff to the Minority Leader.
Jamie is a licensed attorney, admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the federal Western District of Pennsylvania. She holds degrees from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and the University of Notre Dame. She is a dedicated community servant, holding several volunteer positions in her home borough.

Sam Miclot most recently served as Campaign Manager for Congressman Keith Rothfus’ reelection campaign. Formerly served as Chief of Staff to a Member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. Sam has also worked in the United States Senate and draws on his experience in working with communities and organizations at all levels of government.
Sam is a 2010 graduate of Pittsburgh Central Catholic High School and a 2014 graduate of Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. Sam serves on as a member of the Pittsburgh Symphony’s Jack Heinz Society. Sam serves as a member of the Young Friends of the Zoo Steering Committee. As a resident of O’Hara Township, Sam also serves as the Vice-Chair of the O’Hara Township Republican Committee.

Dan draws on years of experience in Pennsylvania politics to assist clients navigate all levels of government. Dan had previously worked for the Pennsylvania Senate and House of Representatives, as well as serving as a Member of Pleasant Hills Borough Council, having held the positions of President and Vice President.
Dan Soltesz is a lifetime resident of Pleasant Hills, Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, Pennsylvania where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History. Dan is an alumnus of the Coro Center for Civic Leadership and the Local Government Academy. Dan serves his community as a volunteer firefighter, on the Young Professionals Outreach Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Pittsburgh, as well as a Member of the Board of Directors of Get Involved!, Inc.

Luc Montminy brings over a decade of government affairs experience to the Commonwealth Consulting Team. His work in Pennsylvania spans across multiple sectors and organizational types and has resulted in millions of dollars secured for clients’ programmatic and capital needs. Luc specializes in work with start-up technology firms with defense applications and has applied this knowledge to leverage the needs of non-profits for receiving discretionary funding. Luc’s policy expertise includes international trade, federal appropriations, federal health care policy, and federal and state subsidy programs.
Prior to his six years of consulting work in Pennsylvania, Luc worked as Operations Director for the Ontario Progressive Conservative Party. In this role, Luc oversaw a multimillion dollar budget, the policy advisory committee, communications training for candidates, and campaign training for campaign managers from 107 electoral districts. Before joining Party Headquarters, Luc served as the Executive Assistant to the Leader of the Ontario PC Party. Luc has a Masters Degree from Western University.
